This outfitter hunts on three different ranches for buffalo.  A bull buffalo makes a magnificent trophy and will become the centerpiece of any trophy room.  It will also result in a sizable amount of high-quality meat.  There are actually three trophies associated with harvesting a buffalo.  One is the shoulder mount, a beautiful bleached skull, and having the back half of the hide tanned.  It is best to hunt a buffalo in the dead of winter, as the hide is prime and it is easier to deal with the sizable amount of meat in lower temperatures.  This outfitter also conducts exotic hunts for about 35 species, so it is very possible to add an animal to a buffalo hunt.
