This is a great price on a bear hunt with a very high chance of success. The license is OTC and costs about $373; a hunter must also have a Conservation Stamp. The hunt will be conducted over bait, but it can be a spot-and-stalk hunt if the opportunity arises. About 30-40% of the bears are of various color phases.
