This hunt is usually conducted in late October through November 30.  The elk come down out of the high country and set up shop to spend the winter on private pastures and agricultural fields.  Odds of success are 95 to 100%.  Dress warm and bring layered clothing, as it will be cold in the morning and just before dark. This outfitter also hunts mule and whitetail deer, antelope, waterfowl and pheasants.
